This house has hardwood and tile floors a fenced in backyard on a 3/4 ac. lot that backs up to a private, wooded swim & racket club. Pool guest passes are available during the summer.  The house is two miles from the interstate.  The Rock Hill Indoor Sports Complex and Winthrop University is a 10 min. drive. Carowinds is a 15 minute drive. There are smart TV's in all the bedrooms and one in each family room for a total of 6.  This house is perfect for guests with large families or two families traveling together.  Ample off street parking that easily accommodates 6 vehicles.
